Do not manipulate the tag once it’s applied on your vehicle windshield or humid cloth on the tag.
If your credit limit is exceeded the transaction will be declined. A new request to increase credit limit must be sent on info@engen.mu or call us on 206 6192.
An invoice and detailed consumption statement is issued at the end of each month. Payment can be done by bank transfer or cheque as per agreement.
We recommend that the tag is fixed on the vehicle to avoid any theft or unwanted transactions.
You can track any transaction made on any day or time on our portal.
